1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you formally acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website immediately.

2. Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
An order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address upon successful payment.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all order details, quantities, and specifications prior to submission.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
Silenthought reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, with a full refund issued accordingly.

3. Artwork & Design Responsibility

Customers must ensure all submitted artwork is final, including text, colours, spelling, layout, and dimensions.
We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or defects in customer-supplied artwork.
Design previews and proofs are provided strictly for layout reference purposes.
Minor colour variances between screen display and printed output are inherent to the printing process and do not constitute grounds for a refund or reprint.
Artwork must be submitted in the accepted file formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, or AI.
Maximum file size for uploads is 300MB.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for urgent orders, design revisions, special materials, or customised requests.
Quantity-based pricing tiers are applied automatically based on your selected quantity at checkout.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

Standard production time is 3–7 working days from the date of payment confirmation and artwork approval.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary subject to order volume, complexity, and material availability.
Urgent orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Silenthought shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery is arranged via third-party courier services after production is completed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses.
Silenthought shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or public holidays.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, logos, graphics, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Silenthought unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers retain ownership of the artwork they submit for printing.
By submitting artwork, customers confirm they hold the necessary rights and permissions for all content submitted, and indemnify Silenthought against any third-party intellectual property claims.

8. Limitation of Liability

Silenthought’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
