Overview

Due to the customised nature of our printing services, all sales are final once production has begun. Please review your artwork and proof carefully before approving your order.


No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Printing or production has already started
  • Change of mind after order confirmation
  • Incorrect artwork, files, or specifications provided by the customer
  • The product matches the approved proof but the customer is dissatisfied with the design choice

Refund Eligibility

A refund or reprint may be considered only if:

  • The printed product differs significantly from the approved proof due to our error
  • The product arrives damaged before or upon delivery (proof such as photos or video required)

All refund and reprint decisions are final and at our discretion.


How to Request a Refund or Reprint

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos or video showing the issue
  3. A brief description of how the product differs from the approved proof
