1. How do I place an order?
Browse our products, select your specifications and quantity, upload your design file, and proceed to checkout. Payment confirmation will initiate your order.
2. What file formats are accepted?
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, and AI files. Maximum file size is 300MB. For best print quality, we recommend PDF or AI files with at least 300 DPI resolution.
3. How long does production take?
Standard production is 3–7 working days from payment confirmation and artwork approval. Urgent orders are available upon request and may incur additional charges.
4. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has started. Please ensure all artwork and order details are correct before completing payment.
5. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with supporting photos. Contact us at silenthought.graphic@gmail.com or WhatsApp us directly.
6. Do you offer reprints?
Reprints may be considered if the printed product differs significantly from the approved proof due to our error. Please contact us with your order details and photos.
7. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
8. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online banking and FPX payments via ToyyibPay.
9. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship throughout Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
10. Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, self-collection is available at our address in Teluk Intan, Perak. Please select the self-collection option at checkout and wait for a ready notification before collecting.
